Hi,

Have you determined the speeds by using some online speed test website on the Internet?

The TL-WN881ND only supports the 2.4 GHz band.

If your phones achieve nearly 300 Mbps that sounds to me like you are connected to the 5GHz band, because an Internet speed test result of 300 Mbps over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi would be extremely good.

So, make sure you phones are also connected to the 2,4 GHz band when you make speed comparisons with the TL-WN881ND.
