Compatability with older units

Hi all,
I'm currently using TL-WPA4220KIT as my main unit and TL-PA4010PKIT to extend to an additional two rooms.
Speed wise, I get ~80Mbps on the 100Mb Ethernet from the Powerline unit (so I believe my wiring is good?) and I'd like to push that further to be able to use more of my internet (our package is 300Mbps).
I want to buy the TL-WPA8630PKIT to replace the TL-WPA4220KIT, to take advantage of Gigabit Ethernet/MiMo/5Ghz Wi-Fi.
Will the TL-WPA8630PKIT work at its maximum possible speed with the TL-PA4010PKIT on the network? (I'm hoping the TL-PA4010PKIT will continue to function as it is now, and buying the TL-WPA8630PKIT will provide faster Ethernet and Wi-Fi to the room it's in).
Or will I also have to replace the TL-PA4010PKIT?
