Hi!
2 years ago I bought a bundle with 3 Deco S4, and about a month ago I bought a Deco X50-5G since be moved to a house without any other internet connection.
I have connected all 4 Deco devices and the network and internet works most of the time (a different problem, see this thread).
I want to have the latest firmware, so I have tried to upgrade the firmware on both the S4 devices and the X50-5G device.
I get the message that the upgrade was a success, but when I check the installed version it is still the old one. I have tried to install both by using the Android app and from a web browser on my PC.
The installed versions are:
| S4-devices | 1.5.0 Build 20210607 Rel. 56436 |
| X50-5G-device | 1.0.3 Build 20230523 Rel. 60824 |
Both have upgrades:
| S4-devices | 1.5.1 Build 20220113 Rel. 42007 |
| X50-5G-device | 1.1.0 Build 20230804 Rel. 3600 |
How can I do the upgrades?
