i recently a bought a phone and trying to connect it with wi-fi 6,my router is set to 802.11ax only and ofdma,twt is enabled with 2.4ghz and smart connect being disabled,the problem is whenever i try to connect to my router's 5ghz 802.11ax ssid,it doesn't connect to 802.11ax but rather automatically connects to wifi 5 802.11ac(no error nothing) even though router is set to 802.11ax only(no mix) but its gets connected to 802.11ac.Although if i disconnect my wi-fi then the type of ssid becomes wi-fi 6 but if i connect then it connects to wi-fi 5 not wi-fi 6,i have tried different settings,reset phone and router,also i currently don't have another device to test its connectivity and haven't tested any wi-fi 6 device on the router.
i don't understand if its my router issue or my phone issue.

its very weird that router is set to 802.11ax only but when phone connects to the ssid then the standard that it uses is 802.11ac,if its incompatible then it shouldn't even connect,note my phone has wi-fi 6 802.11ax in its specs.
