Various threads on the same issue. Have to reboot at least once a day for my M5's to keep any kind of decent speed. Is there a firmware update coming to fix this?

What is your current firmware of Deco M5? There is a new firmware 1.7.3 coming soon and you could check whether it helped improve the wifi speed.
Deco M5 supports the Reboot Schedule. It is also suggested to set a schedule to restart Deco every night.
How to configure the Reboot Schedule feature on the Deco
