Model: Archer AX55 Pro
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 20230803 rel.35127(4555)

Hi there

I'm currently having an issue with my AX55 Pro router, I have it configured so it connects to my ISP (Sky Ireland) via PPPoE (only connection available for this ISP where I live) I'm able to connect and my internet works fine however I've noticed that my connection drops every so often for like 30 seconds to a minute and resumes

The router doesn't reboot as far as i know from looking at the logs

Hello, thank you very much for posting on TP-Link Community.

1. When the issue happens, did you notice the Internet LED turns red or orange?

2. Since it happens regularly every 2 hours, did you contact the ISP to check if there is any issue or related settings on their end?

3. If you connect a computer directly to your ISP modem and configure PPPoE on the computer, is there any similar issue every 2 hours?

You could follow this guide to configure PPPoE on computers:
