I am using jio dual band router but i am unable to connect re505 to the jio router as after connecting it and entering the rputer passwords it gives a prompt stating no main network. Either try it again from begining or contact customer care.
Kindly give a solution.
Hi, did you get the same error prompt when configuring both 2.4GHz and 5GHz?
Are you able to save a picture of the error page for me?
Please make sure the SSID is not hidden or that no additional Access Control/MAC Filtering settings are configured on the main router.
It is also suggested to set up RE505x via the Tether APP.
