I am using this device from last 2 days i have done all the configuration correctly , my internet works completely fine for few minutes but after that few minutes my internet stopped running even router showing that internet is on still my internet doesnt work. i am using JIO 4G Postpaid sim , please help me regarding this its a request .

Hi, may I know if your 4G Jio SIM was updated to 5G SIM already? or was it inserted into any 5G smartphone before?

If so, please refer to this thread: India Jio SIM stops working on TP-Link LTE Gateway Routers after upgrading to 5G 

 

However, there is no solution for MR100 yet.

No i have never put this jio sim in any 5G device this jio sim is 4G . and please get me a solution.

When internet stops working, please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page, then go to Advanced->System Tools->System Log page to save the log file.

I am also facing this issue, tried going through many solutions provided by tp-link community, but not successful.

I saw one of your reply as "No Solution for TL-MR100", i didn't get meaning in it.

 

Many people who are buying this product, are facing this issue from day1, and your response to it is "No Solution".

 

Its better you say this line while buying the product itself saying "Latest JIO sim-card's will not work with this product". 

 

This would save lot of time and money as well.
