Model: Archer AX23
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20230725

I have just bought this router and it is missing options to Enable or Disable two critical Wi-Fi 6 features:

1) TWT

2) OFDMA

I also have Archer AX20 and these appear as check boxes on Wi-Fi setting page. However for AX23 there is no option to turn this feature ON.

Kindly confirm if both features are always ON be default and user cannot turn them off?

Also I cannot select 80 MHz in Channel Width for 5 GHz band - Smart Connect is disabled and I only get multiple option selection "20/40/80" instead of only "80". Funnily the drop down for 2.4 GHz allows me to select 40 and 20 individually, so there is a bug in the firmware.

Hello @D_K

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome to the TP-Link community.

As per the product specifications, AX23 supports OFDMA by default and there is no enable/disable option on the setting page. Please be aware that the use of 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6), and features including OFDMA requires clients to also support corresponding features. However, I don't see it supports TWT.

Regarding the 5G channel width options concern, it's not a bug. The router will automatically choose the channel with the least interference when leaving it as 20/40/80MHz, it's not necessary to choose 80MHz only.

  @Kevin_Z thank you Kevin. The issue is that I want to set the channel width to only 80 MHz but I am unable to.

Also I don't see TWT in settings - is this feature auto enabled?

@D_K

Hi, as I said in my earlier reply the router will automatically choose the channel with the least interference when leaving it as 20/40/80MHz, it's not necessary to choose 80MHz only.

Also mentioned earlier, there is no mention of TWT in the product specifications, which means it doesn't support it.

  @Kevin_Z

I don't see TWT is mentioned is the datasheet of AX10 v1.2 or AX23 v1. However, I have TWT in AX10 but not in AX23!
