Configuration Home PageI have been using your favorite TP-LINK Archer TL-MR200(EU) V3 wireless router and was quite satisfied overall, but after the latest firmware update, I am facing some complex issues that I want to bring to your attention.

 

The problems are as follows:

 

1. The setup page of the router displays incorrect hardware and firmware information. My router model is TL-MR200(EU) V3, but the router configuration page shows the model as TL-MR6400 V3.

2. The router configuration page does not show the 5GHz Band option. It seems that this model doesn't support the 5GHz band.

3. The Wi-Fi LED light is not showing.

4. The LAN light is also not showing.

5. The 5GHz band is not visible.

 

I have attempted the following solutions for these issues:

 

1. I have updated the firmware.

2. I have reset the router.

3. I have contacted local agents, but they couldn't provide a solution.

 

Therefore, I am seeking your assistance and support to resolve these problems. 

 

I am providing you with some information and documents:

 

1. Router Brand and Model: TP-Link Archer TL-MR200

2. Firmware Version: 1.6.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 181022 Rel.40644n

3. Hardware Version: TL-MR6400 v3 00000001 (which is incorrect)

Hi, could you please reset the router to factory defaults by holding reset button for about 10s?

If the problem still exists, please download the latest firmware Archer MR200(EU)_V3_190307 and update it to see if the problem still exists:
