Hi,
I have a problem with accessing router that has been used in the past already. Person that used this device before can not remember login password for managing the device. There is no "Forgot password?" option and I am left clueless. Tried resetting the device, but the Wi-Fi information still stayed. I have access to the device's Wi-Fi, but that's as far as it goes.

Is there a way to reset the device to factory default settings??

May I know how you reset the device? or just reboot it?

Please reset your TP-Link device to default settings by pressing and holding the reset button for 10s until the power LED starts flashing, then all the configurations will be cleared including the wireless settings and also login password of the web interface.
