Model: TD-W9977
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I am trying to set up a TP-Link TD-W9980 as a transmitter of wifi in the extension of my house. My internet source is a Huawei H112-370 connected to a powerline socket.  The wifi generated by the Huawei will not penetrate to the extension so I have used powerline sockets to get it into the extension. Now I face the task of using the TD-W9980 to generate a wifi signal in the extension.

Can anyone advise me what mode I need to change the TD-W9980 to and how to do it?

Thank you.

I cannot find the Model number in the choices above so I chose the closest one.
