Hi, could you please provide more details about the issue?
You mean smartphone cannot connect to the TP-Link WiFi, or it is connected but no internet access? How about other client devices?
If no internet access on all client devices, please let us know your ISP name, ADSL or VDSL line, LED status of the Archer VR2800 and also screenshots of the whole Advanced->Status page.
