2.4 GHz in too slow

I have just bought Archer C20. I have a 200 Mbps speed plan. I am just near the router. When I connect to the wifi in 5GHz it shows around 80 Mbps speed. But when i connect through 2.4Ghz the speed is only around 2-3 Mbps which is too slow.Please help me solve this problem.
