While updating firmware my phone "died" and the firmware wasn't completely downloaded. Now only the power lamp on the router is flashing, and there no connection from tether app to the router. What do I do to install the new firmware?

If you try factory resetting the device by holding the reset button for about 10s, is there any response?

If the power LED is always flashing even after factory reset, I am afraid the device has been defective.
