6GHz
Hello. I am using an AXE75 router and the 6 GHz frequency is not visible to the devices pixel 7 pro, pixel 6 pro and the laptop which supports 6 GHz. Please help me to solve the problem

Hi,
Is your Archer AXE75 made for the same region or country as your other devices? (TP-Link routers should have a sticker with a region code)
If not sure, then try to manually set a 6 GHz channel not higher than 93 and also choose one that is a "Preferred Scanning Channel" for faster discovery.

@woozle Is this for Europe region? My phone is also European model pixel 7 pro GP4BC. I set it to 93 frequency and it still can't find it

Yes, "Archer AXE(EU)" means it is the European version.
In this case there should be no interoperatibility issues between the phone and the router.
If you don't mind, could you do the following test?
Reset the AXE75 router to factory default settings (either by pressing and holding the "Reset" button for about 8 seconds or via the router's GUI). Wait a while until the router has booted up again and then check on your phones and computer whether they are able to see all three SSIDs "TP-Link_1818", "TP-Link_1818_5G" and "TP-Link_1818_6G".
If still all three devices only find the SSIDs "TP-Link_1818" and "TP-Link_1818_5G", then there could be a problem with your Archer AXE75.
By the way, computers running the Microsoft Windows operating system need to run Windows 11 to support Wi-Fi 6E.

@woozle Today they replaced me with a new router, but the result is the same, I don't think the problem is the same with both routers.

@woozle Is it possible that the next router update will fix the problem?

As far as I am aware the Archer AXE75 supported 6 GHz Wi-Fi from the start, so it should work with any officially released firmware version.
By the way, I know that Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel 6 Pro should support 6 GHz Wi-Fi, but can you please still verify it using an App called "WiFi Analyzer" by Zoltan Pallagi? It should show on the main screen "6 GHz band support (Wi-Fi 6E): Yes".

Hello, thanks a lot for the feedback.
6GHz has been adopted in some countries while in other areas, it is still under consideration or strictly prohibited, may I know if your 6GHz phones and laptop could see any other 6GHz Wi-Fi or not?

@GeorgeBajelidze Hello. Thanks for the feedback, I am in Georgia where 6GHz frequency is available, see the attached file. I also want to tell you that I use Google products privately, Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel 6 Pro, as well as a Lenovo brand laptop that has an AX210 network card that also supports 6 GHz, but none of the devices can see the mentioned frequency. The router model is AXE75.
