Hello Support!

I dont know why this suddently started happening but after being able to normaly be able to create a hotspot from my PC using the archer T3U, it suddently stopped giving the option for the 5ghz range. Ive tried reinstalling all the drivers i could think of aswell as doing a total reinstall of windows so the issue isnt in them at all and seems to be somthing possibly with the hardware of the chip perhaps or somthing else that i dont really understand. any kind of help with this would be greatly apreciated!

  @Qwac

Hi, It is suggested to install the driver here to see whether it helped with the current issue:

https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/509006

And When I searched for a similar issue on Google, I found the following post:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-10-5ghz-hotspot-not-working/66c60d7a-be41-49bd-a2a9-ed5d51e6433a

Maybe you could try to change the wireless mode under the wireless adapter advanced settings to 802.11 a/n/ac.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
