There is already been a thread regarding the connection spikes issue on M5, and it seems the problem is still there.

I have the latest firmware update (1.6.5). Is there any chance to fix it?

  @Andrii-R

Hi,  Were you having any issues when the ping spikes or times out?

Can I have more details about how you run the ping test?

  • Is the device connected to the main Deco M5(or the satellite M5), via Wi-Fi(2.4ghz or 5ghz) or Ethernet cable?
  • Will you have the same issue when trying to ping the LAN IP of Deco/192.168.68.1?

If the device is connected to Wi-Fi, please try to turn off "Mesh Technology" on the Deco APP:

Best regards.
