I am using Deco M4R, version 2.0

Recently, the original owner who bought for Deco M4R has forget the owner Deco ID.

In addtion, i want take over of the control of Deco M4R.

But, after i connect the Router, IP via Deco M4R, here's what i got.

i already create tp-link account.

so, my question is, is there any suggestion to solve that problem?
