Unable to use JIO sim internet in Archer MR200 v5 router
Unable to use JIO sim internet in Archer MR200 v5 router. Router is showing it's connected to the internet but nothing is working, other sim(VI and airtel) is working fine.
It was working fine but from couple of days it's stopped working. I also did the reset multiple times but facing same issue and also changed but issue is same.
Could you please help ?

@Sunshine : No I haven't upgraded, it was working but speed was down so I used different sim for some time and again inserted JIO sim it was not working.

Hi, based on the system log, the issue seems to be similar to the 5G Jio SIM issue, no IPv4 connection or address, only IPv6 connection is up.
Maybe you inserted your 4G Jio SIM into 5G smartphone?
When MR200 V5.20 beta firmware is available for the 5G Jio SIM issue, you could also try to update it to see if it solves the problem for you.

@Sunshine : I haven't inserted JIO sim in 5g smart phone but recently it got upgraded in 5g so after that it's stopped working.
Do we have any link/thread to followup for beta firmware for MR200 ?

Hi, there is no beta firmware for MR200(EU) V5.0 yet for the 5G Jio SIM internet issue, once it is available, we will update it on this thread: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/604130

@Sunshine : I was using VI sim but today again I have inserted JIO sim(5g) and i am able to access internet but it's accessible in only one device so if I'll restart router or reset the router I'll face same problem again. Attaching system log might be this can help for further analyzing issue.

Hi,
Based on the system log, after you insert Jio SIM, the router only obtains IPv6 address, that is why not all client devices work, and I guess some IPv4 only websites do not work either.
Please pay attention to the solution update on another thread for 5G Jio SIM issue.
