I want to connect my Sonoff Switch SNZB-01 to the Deco M9 Plus but it is not finding the device. Has anyone managed to do this successfully?

 

It is really frustrating... you spend a lot of money on the TP-Link M9 and it doesn't work as they say.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Since Sonoff  ZigBee wireless Switch SNZB-01 is not on the smart hub compatible list of Deco M9 Plus, I think Deco M9 Plus could not work as ZigBee bridge for SNZB-01 and you might need a separate Sonoff ZigBee bridge, such as https://sonoff.tech/product/gateway-and-sensors/zbbridge/
