Model: Archer VR2100v
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.14.0 0.9.1 v009e.0 Build 220719 Rel.61012n

I am using a TP-LINK Archer VR2100v and I noticed the Lan Speed is very slow.

I am using a Windows based server with a SSD Cache and the Write Speed form Desktop PC SSD to Server SSD is only  34,2mb/s, when connected over the LAN of the Archer VR2100v. QoS is turned off, with QoS turned on it is only 28

USB to LAN Speed caps at the same data transfer rate of 34,2mb/s.

Before I was using a Netgear Nighthawk and I maxed out at 100mb/s with the exact same setup.

Short version:

PC -> VR2100v Qos OFF -> Server = 34,2mb/s

PC-> VR2100v QOS ON -> Server = 28,4mb/s

PC -> Netgear -> Server = >100mb/s

PC -> Server = >100mb/s

Is there any way to fix the issue?

The TP-Link router isn't even close to the advertised Gigabit LAN-Speed, as I only reach about 25% of the Speed my Netgear Nighthawk did.

  @Thomassss

OK, I found the issue that probably many have, that posted to this forum.

The Traffic-Monitor is causing the issue! As soon as I deactivate the traffic monitor, the speed goes up to ~85mb/s and even 106 mb/s.
