May I know how you want to access or "see" NAS in the network? such as remotely accessing the NAS server?
The default mode of Deco M5 is also a wireless router, like the PLDT router. So if you tend to remotely access the NAS server, it is inevitable to have a double-NAT issue.
If possible, it is suggested to set Deco M5 into Access Point mode:
