Internet not working on JIO sim in MR600
I am facing a very peculiar problem here. I was able to connect to internet using this particular JIO sim till early December 2022. But now it has stopped connecting to internet.
It shows everything as connected but the internet is not reachable. If I use the same SIM in mobile phone, it works seamlessly. Recently, 5G services were enabled on this 4G sim. Could that be a reason why it does not work on MR600?
I am attaching a screenshot which show empty IP address & DNS as 0.0.0.0.
Could you help me fix this issue?
Note: I tried connecting other JIO sim into MR600 and it work fine with the same APN settings.

Hi,do you mean one specific Jio SIM card stopped working after enabling 5G but other 4G Jio SIM card still works fine on the same MR600?
You mentioned that the same Jio SIM works fine on your smartphone, please check if it works on 4G or 5G on the phone, it is working on 5G, please try to use 4G only or 4G Preferred mode on your phone to see if it still works on 4G or not, if so, please check the APN settings on the phone to see if it is the same as the MR600.

@Sunshine Hello, I am also facing the same problem. I have tested three 5G enabled JIO SIM none of them working. Among the three jio sim, one was recently working, but as soon as it enables to 5G it stop working. I have tested same JIO SIMs on Nokia 215 4G , those are working fine on 4G LTE network(Band 40).

Yes, one specific Jio SIM card stopped working after enabling 5G but other 4G Jio SIM card still works fine on the same MR600.
It works on 4G only smartphone as well as in smartphone which has 5G capability. The APN settings should not be a problem because the other JIO sim work seamlessly with same APN settings.
I can see that @amitkray31 is also facing same issue.
@Sunshine , Can you folks look into this matter?

I have tried this firmware Firmware version 1.1.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200417 Rel.75138n, selected both band and ISP manually but nothing works. Details have been attached.

Hi, do you have any other 4G routers except for the MR600?
There are several posts now reporting the same issue and one of the Jio users mentioned that the 5G enabled Jio SIM card doesn't work on any of his routers including Huawei and MR600, so it is highly recommended to contact Jio to confirm if the 5G enabled SIM card is still allowed to work on other 4G routers or not, or maybe it is only allowed to work on smartphones.

@Sunshine It is working in JIO's own small wifi router Jiofi in 4G network but doesnt work in MR-600 V1 ( with latest beta software ) after my exisitng old sim was upgraded to thier 5G network. Please note my physical SIM card remains the same before and now.
Also checked other JIO sim card which is not yet activated for 5G and this SIM is working in MR-600
