Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version:

Continosusly Power light blinking, wifi not detected, lan no connection.

I am not able to geting to webgui. Need to help to fix the problem.

Tried a different adapter and tried to reset the device as well.

Please help, what should i do?

Hi, please double-check the hardware version on the product label, is it V5.0. V5.20 or V5.30?

 

Besides, what happened before the issue started? such as after a power outage or firmware update etc.?

 

Please try a different wall socket, and also make sure the power adapter is with the same spec. as the original one, which is 9V/0.85A.
