Hi together,

i just got my Deco x20 today and set it up.

after set up I see that there are homeshield trial functions available and no homecare.

I choosed this model because of HomeCare because I do not like to pay another 60€ per year for my wifi.

As defined by tp-link web site the x20 comes with homecare.

The homecare functionality is enough for me and more then the home shield basic functions.

And now I do not see homecare functions.

Please can somebody tell me if it is possible to change it and activate homecare?

if it's not possible I need to send back the deco's and I do not like to send the decos back and buy another set or another deco model.
