I would like to change the owner of the deco device. I don't want to reconfigure the entire network and travel to the customer.
The settings in the link do not work, https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2957/

 

In my app not founfd "change owner" menu.

Just "Restart network", "Delete network" and "Cancel".


Unfortunately, TP-link telephone support could not help. The official support is very bad.

 

Please help me!

As a workaround, you can add new owner as a new manager account to the Deco: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/1597/

 

A cogwheel on the top right of Managers screen defines what manager account is allowed to do. Enabling all checkmarks will make manager account as capable as your account.

I set up the Deco system, added a manager with full rights (Network management, Client management, IoT management). He cannot set functions in the Deco system, such as bandwidth limitation and others. The owner of Deco requests full authorization.

He is far away and I don't want to travel there.

According to his document, enabling Network Management gives Manager all necessary  rights: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/1444/

 

Please double check that Network Management is shown as enabled and ask that person try again. If still does not work, the only way is to escalate to TP-Link Support. You can do that through Deco app.
