I installed a voip phone system, and multicast paging doesnt work, Call goes out, but other phones dont recieve. Is there a setting that needs to be changed?

Hi, welcome to the community.
It is suggested to enable UPNP under Deco APP>More>Advanced>NAT forwarding.
And please make sure SIP ALG is also enabled.
By the way, is your VOIP system connected to Deco M5 via Ethernet cable or WiFi? and May I know the model number of your VOIP system?
