Actually, your current firmware 1.1.7 is the official firmware of the previous beta version so there is no need to worry about the beta firmware.

And since the Ethernet upload speed is normal, your current issue might be different from the other forum post.

There are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Test the 5ghz speed on another mobile device if possible.

2. Set the Firestick 4K to high priority.

3. Turn off the "Mesh Technology" for Firestick on the Deco APP

4. For testing purposes, please temporarily turn off "Fast Roaming" and "Beamforming" on the Deco APP>More>Advanced.
