Hi all

I want to have two separate network bands, that is, a 2.4 GHz network and a 5 GHz network, so I can choose which network any device logs on to. I am having trouble with my TV and its Wi-Fi settings. I am told that it would be better to connect my TV wirelessly with the 5 GHz band, but at the moment I have no idea which band it is connecting over. How do I go about separating the networks so as to be able to use them in this way? Please keep any answers as basic as possible, I sometimes find some answers go over my head and are difficult to follow.

Thanks in advance.

Disable Smart Connect feature and you would be able to have two different SSIDs for 2.4GHz and 5 GHz:

  @terziyski

Thank you so much for your reply, it sounds so easy and of course, it is so easy, but when you don't know something everything seems hard.

Once again, thank you.
