My home Starlink router is broken (gen1), so I want to switch to a 3rd party router

 

could I use the deco xe75 in router mode as my 3rd party router/firewall, and run Ethernet from it to eap610 as an AP? Or do I need another router as the security gateway with a splitter and run Ethernet to both the xe75 mesh system AP and the eap610 mesh system AP? (I have 3 of each device)

Hi, yes, Deco XE75 could replace the original router and work as a security gateway. And you could also wire the EAP610 behind Deco XE75 via Ethernet cable to extend the wireless network as well.
