Hi, MR6400(EU) supports cloud management via Tether App from hardware version V5, if your device is V4, I am afraid it doesn't support cloud management, it is recommended to use local management via Tether App, or enable remote web management on Advanced->System Tools->Administration page.

 

Please note that the remote web management requires the WAN IP address of the MR6400 to be a public IP address, or it will not work due to another NAT in the front.
