TL-PA9020P V1 firmware update fails

Hi
I have two TL-PA9020P V1.0 adaptors which are running different versions of the firmware, so I want to update the one running the older firmware (3.2.0_902101_160405_903) to the latest version (3.2.4_902111_170628_901 is running in the other adaptor). I've downloaded this from the UK TP-Link website (filename: BCM60500_v3.2.4b_20170628_EU_PA9020Pv1.0.ggl) but no matter what I do the update fails (via the tpPLC utility). It seems to fail at different points of the download but all pretty quickly.
I've tried:
- factory resetting the adaptor
- plugging my pc directly into the ethernet port of the adaptor
- isolating the adaptor from all other powerline adaptors on the "network"
- plugging the adaptor into a different wall socket
- disabled norton AV firewall
- tried everything suggested in the other firmware-related discussions on this forum
Have I got the correct firmware for this unit? The label states the model number is TL-PA9020P(UK) Ver: 1.0

Thank you for your reply, I can confirm that I am still unable to update the firmware on this device
I have downloaded the firmware from the url you provided and can confirm the version I was using matches this
