Model: Archer C20  
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 4.16 v0001.0 Build 170822 Rel.41366n

As shown I have a router model archer c20 I am from Saudi Arabia and when I try to install the v5 update it shows me error 4508 knowing that the current firmware is: 0.9.1 4.16 v0001.0 Build 170822 Rel.41366n I hope you can help me as soon as possible

Your hardware version is v4, you can only install firmware update of v4. hardware version v5 is different device you can say. update for your device is available here: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-c20/v4/#Firmware

You're with the (EU) region FW release - get the latest version from here.

FW region and HW version should match so the upgrade procedure could be successful.
