Hi, Welcome to the community.
Since you mentioned a firmware upgrade, did you start having this issue since the firmware upgrade?
And were you having packet loss on both wireless and Ethernet connection?
There are some suggestions for your reference:
1. Turn off "Fast roaming" on Deco APP>More>Advanced.
2. Turn off "Mesh Technology" on the clients.
