Firmware Version: 1.0.7

The first picture is when i log into Re650 

and the second picture is when I log into Re450

so why there is many tools options in Re450 more than Re650F

Thank you for the inquiry, the options showing up in the Tether app> tool tab is basically decided by the device firmware. 

From the photo, the RE450 is on firmware with an updated UI, so you could see more options available in the Tether app.

I recommend logging the web page of the range extender, which has the full management options if you can't find in the Tether. 

You can login to range extender using the domain name in the FAQ or use it's IP address to login the web page.
