Hi, 

 

I am in need of some help. I can setup the Deco X68 and get a connection. The internet works from anywhere from 5 to 20 mins and then drops out. I have to do a full reset of the Deco unit in order to get an IP again from the Starlink router. I've updated to latest firmware but doesn't seem to help.

 

When it's connected it works perfectly and is fast but drops out and then rinse and repeat with resetting the unit.

 

I've seen from other posts there is a Beta firmware?

1. The OP here mentioned the disconnection happened when Starlink transitioned from one LEO satellite to another in the constellation and would you notice the same thing as well?

2. I see you mentioned that "Won't reconnect unless I restart Starlink" and "I have to do a full reset of the Deco unit in order to get an IP again from the Starlink router", So I believe either restarting Starlink router or main Deco is able to restore the internet connection?
