So bought a starlink 2 with no ethernet. Cable now ordered. Wondered if I can set up my AV600 as a wireless bridge from starlink router to av600 to create 2 ethernet ports
and power line network?

Thank you for the inquiry, I'm afraid a single AV600 Wi-Fi powerline unit can not work a wireless bridge, the power line device usually work as a kit
Topology: Router -- powerline unit A <house power line> powerline unit B to provide Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection
To set up a wireless bridge, you could take a look at the Wi-Fi range extender here.
