have you tried to turn off fast roaming and beamforming on your deco network ? I have same issue with Broadlink RM pro. when moved from M4 to X20, RM pro was disconnected.... M4 network had fast roaming and beamforming.. RM Pro was working fine. Then moved to X20, and RM pro won't connect without turning those 2 features off...  can't explain myself why it was working with M4 and not X20.... I guess implementation of the 802.11r in M4 and X20 is made differently... WiFi 6 may be different on this.... but pain in the a@@ for me... looking for replacement now.

Hi! Itried wirh roaming and beamforming OFF, but still the same probkem. Items can connect and stay in the network, only only a few times a day disconnects and then reconnects.

ok so this is a different issue I guess. Cause the broadlink does not connect at all.

Hi I am having the same issue for the last two weeks. 

 

I have discovered that on the main network I disable the 5ghz band and then do a speed test on the 2.4ghz I receive low speeds and sometimes no upload speed. 

 

Seems to be an issue with the 2.4ghz range. 

 

I am now splitting it by using the guest network to run the 2.4ghz.
