Hi,

I setup a new modem/router VR2800 with the VDSL splitter that came with and i got no dial tone on the phone?

  @NeilJ 

Since VR2800 does not support VOIP, I guess one port on the DSL splitter to VR2800, the other to your phone service?

Did the same setup work with other DSL modems before?
