Notebook Dell turning off wireless - Deco M4
Hi, everybody!!
I have three laptops here:
- Dell Vostro 3450 (2015)
- Asus S46 (2016)
- Dell Latitude 3400 (2020) - use for work
I installed Deco M4 (2 units) in my house, with 80m². When I connect with Dell Latitude on Deco wifi, some time later, notebook wifi turns off and shows the message: "no wifi network available".
So I need to click "Device Manager" in Windows 10 and disable and enable "Qualcomm QCA61x4A 802.11ac Wireless Adapter". Just like that, the Wi-Fi appears again.
A while later, the same thing happens. This only happens when I connect the Deco M4 Wifi. I've already used the cell phone's wifi, I installed a repeater and connecting these wifi does not happen.
Older laptops (Vostro and Asus) have no problems, as well as cell phones.
Why does it happen? Any incompatibility between Dell Latitude wifi card (5ghz) and Deco M4?
Thanks
