VR2100V for ultrafast NBN 1G plan

Using NBN FTTC with the VR2100V and getting speeds of 90MB
Anyway I've gone to NBN 1000MB but the best I can get is 300MBS using speed test.
I've pulled my network apart put in a new CAT6 cable direct from the NBN optical box to the VR2100V and still 280 to 330MBS.
Am I missing something....
