Hi, welcome to the community.
Normally, the flashing blue LED means Deco is ready to set up.
For your case, Do you mean only the main Deco could get into flashing blue mode, and the two satellite Deco units are only flashing green?
How long have you held the reset button? maybe they are into firmware recovery mode.
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

Hi
I held the reset button for 2 seconds. My main one is plugged into my NetComm router.
when I attempt to connect it on the Apo is says 'It looks like Deco is not connected'

How about unplugging the other two satellite units first, only leaving the main unit connected to the ISP modem; Then changing a different port on the main Deco.
If possible, please also replace it with a new Ethernet cable.
If still the same error, please use another Deco as the main Deco to start the setup.

In this way, may I know the exact number of the NetComm router?
I have googled some on the internet and most of them are modem-router combo and have more than one LAN ports.
So have you checked the same Ethernet port with a laptop to see whether the laptop could get an Ethernet connection from NetComm router?
And can I also have a picture of the error message on the Deco APP?
Thank you very much.

@Blue66 Thanks for the update.
The last time I received this feedback is because the user was connected to the wrong Deco. Please check again and make sure only the main Deco is powered on at this moment.
And Did you also try to change a different Ethernet port on the Nettcomm Cloudnet router? or test the same port with a laptop to make sure this port is active?
By the way, have you seen the private message? if possible, we could arrange a call back to see what happened.
Thank you again.
Best regards.

Hi, The one connected to the ISP modem via Ethernet cable is called the main unit. and the Wi-Fi SSID is also named by its MAC address(the last 4 characters).
In this way, when you start setting up this one, please power off other Deco units.
Thank you.
