Hi, I have recently moved house and have set up my powerline extender. However, I cannot log in to the extender WiFi network. It does not recognise my previous password or the password for my new router. I don't have the card that came with the extender that had the default password in. Can anyone advise how I can reset the password? TIA

You could perform a factory reset on the on the wifi uni and use the default 8 digit wifi password on the label of powerline unit to connect to default Wifi network.
RESET Wireless Powerline : with powerline unit powered on, use a pin to press the reset hole on the bottom until most Leds flash once
Then you will need to repair your powerline kit, and connect the main powerline unit to the router.
