Placed sim etc and turned on. What's odd is that on the signal strength indicator the first and last bar are lit but not the ones in between?
What does this indicate?
Tried live chat and after resetting etc they didn't have a clue.
Could someone else help?

It is indeed quite odd that only the one in between is off. Could you please send us a picture of the LEDs and also a screenshot of Advanced->Status page where we could check signal strength etc.?
In addition, may I know when you purchased this MR600? and did this problem start happening since purchase or just recently?
