Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.14 Build 20211118 rel.43110(4555)

I have a virgin Media Hub 3, (Not in Modem Mode)

Westen Digital My Cloud

TP link Archer c6 router,

My Hub 3 Is in the living Room, while my TP link is in the Garage with my WD my cloud.

i connected the lan cable from hub 3 to the TP(blue Connector)

i am not in modem mode as the TP router will not transmit that far to the living room

and the HUB 3 not reach to the garage

so i have 2 wifi signals one from VM HUB3 and other from TP Router

eg, Virgin Hub 3 wifi name VM.  password 0000000

TP Link        wifi name TP-garage.  Password 00000000

i can use the internet without any problems, and can see WD My cloud on network, while on the TP network,

but when i goto the living room i log on to VM Hub 3 and then i can not see my WD my cloud.

I have also tried in AP mode without success

Hello @dedge

Thank you for posting on the TP-Link Community.

The issue you reported is caused by the double NAT in the network, which means the devices connected to the C6 are not in the same IP subnet as those connected to the Hub 3.

To fix it, you will need to change the Archer C6 in AP mode as follows:

How to configure the TP-Link wireless router as Access Point?
