Hello. I recently bought Archer C60. I have Jio fiber in my home. Can I use Archer C60 as wifi repeater/ extenderby using the wifi signal from the fiber. And what is the use of WDS function. Could someone explain?

You can always check and refer to the User Guide for the device you have, you will find the WDS is the feature you are looking for, it allows you to connect the C60 to a host wireless network and extend its signal:
