E4 has connection but no internet

After 3 months the Deco's E4 have a bad internet connection.
What I have tried:
- reset and a new installation
- shuffled the three Deco's (3d floor -> 1st floor -> 2nd floor -> 3d floor)
- restart all the Deco's, using the app
- deco's in access point modus
- beamforming off
- fast roaming off
- tested the connection with different devices (all the same problem)
The main problem is the internet connection when I go from one floor to the other one. There is always a network connection, but no internet connection.
When I turn wifi off/on, on my device, the internet connection returns. And there will be as long as I stay on that floor.
I don't know how to fix the problem. Please help me :)

Have you checked the linked Deco on the device before and after you turn off/on the Wi-Fi on the device?
Would the Ethernet clients have the same issue when connected to the main Deco E4 and satellite E4s?
Could you please help me run a simple test:
1. turn off the "mesh technology" on several mobile clients to see whether it improved the stability.
By the way, may I know who is your internet service provider and can I have the model number of your DHCP router?
