Deco X20 Ethernet Backhaul not working

Hi,
I have the X20 and wanted to try to ethernet backhaul them as the speeds I am getting from the other decos are not even 50% of my internet speed.
Setup: 3 floors - 1 Deco per floor. Main deco is in 2nd floor -> backhaul to 1st and 3rd floor.
When checking the deco app it is saying that the source from the 1st and 3rd floor is still the 2nd floor WiFi instead of ethernet.
I have checked the ethernet cables and they are working fine with my laptop directly connected to it. Running at 300mbps for both cables so I know it is not the cables.
I tried switching ports on the deco but it will still not use the ethernet as the source. Rebooted the deco, restarted the network, both did not work.
Network: ISP -> Switch -> Deco
I am using Tp-Link LS1005G 5-Port 10/100/1000Mbps Desktop Switch
My question is, does my ethernet backhaul setup correct or do i need to directly connect the 1st and 3rd deco to the 2nd deco's ethernet ports?
If my setup is correct how can I force the 2 slave deco to use ethernet backhaul?

If your setup matches this picture from the document that I copied below, you will need to change your Deco mesh to Access Point mode, to force Ethernet backhaul. See How to set up Deco to work in Access Point mode.
This, or just wire Deco X20 differently, according to the FAQ.
