Archer T6E can't create 5Ghz wifi hotspot
Hi, I have a problem with my Archer T6e card, I can't create a 5GHz Wi-Fi hotspot, and it also doesn't show a 5GHz network (tested with a 5GHz mobile hotspot).
OS Windows 10.
P.S. I tried differnet drivers (TP link Archer T6e, broadcom 43xx and ASUS)

Hello @free3
Thank you for the feedback, can I know couldT6E detect both 5Ghz band & 2.4ghz nearby Wi-Fi signals properly?
Here is an FAQ to set up Hotspot Wi-Fi on Window10, How to set up a Mobile Hotspot or Soft AP on Windows 10?
When create a Hotspot wifi : Network & Internet > Mobile Hotspot > From the right side section of the Settings app, select the Edit button and see if you have a 5Ghz option to select.
Please also check if a different adapter could create a 5Ghz hotspot on the same computer, or you could test T6E on a different pc if possible. I found an article that may help in your case and will share with you via pm. Hope that helps.

Hello @free3
As checked with our seniors, computer not seeing 5Ghz frequency option when creating a hotspot could be related to computer itself, you may also reach computer Microsoft support and see if there are any further suggestion. So far I'm afraid you have tried are the latest driver that support get, if computer support does not have further suggestion, you may need use 2.4Ghz band in this situation. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
